How much do you charge for treatments not covered by insurance?
$60 - 60-75 minute treatment. Treatment includes bodywork and an herbal consult
$40 - 60-75 minute treatment for youth (17 & under), seniors, students, and veterans
$30 - 45 minute herbal consult
A hardship discount is available for any non-insurance patients.
Cost of herbal medicines not included. Depending on the specifics of your prescription, prices will vary. The average price of a weekly granule herbal prescription can range from $10-18, while a raw herbal formula can range from $7-35.

Do you take insurance?
Currently I am an in-network provider with these insurance groups:
First Choice - Premera - Lifewise - Aetna - Cigna - Healthways - PIP (Auto Insurance claims)
To determine what acupuncture benefits you may have, call the number listed on your insurance card. For insurances not listed I can provide you with a 'superbill' you can submit for reimbursement, or bill your insurance company as an out-of-network provider. For example, some Group Health and Regence plans cover out-of-network acupuncture which allows you to see practitioners outside of their network
We also can call your insurance company and determine what your acupuncture benefits are. Just take a photo of both sides of your card and email it to me along with your date of birth and the primary cardholder's name and date of birth (if it is not you).

What are your cancellation policies?
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $30 charge. If the appointment is a no-show, the full cost will be charged.
Appointments almost always begin on time. If there is a situation where an appointment starts more than 15 minutes late and needs to be shortened in length, the treatment is free of charge or you can choose to reschedule. If you are running late, please call or text me. With more notice, I will better be able to accommodate you.
